• Captured contact data — the names, company names, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers and addresses you capture from business cards.
• User content — photos of business cards, voice recordings, and notes you create.
• Location — where you choose to tag a capture, we may record its approximate location for context.

We use this information solely to provide the Service: to scan and store the contacts you capture, transcribe and attach your voice notes, and sync your captures into your CRM for review and follow-up. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

• Camera — to scan business cards and documents.
• Microphone — to record voice notes for transcription.
• Location — to tag captures with context, when you enable it.
• Photos — to save or attach captured images.

You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Captures are stored on your device and synced to the ScotAi CRM, hosted on our behalf by our infrastructure providers. Access is limited to you and the members of your organisation's CRM account. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Service, and as required by law.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request correction or deletion of your data, including your account, by contacting us at the address below.
